Your diagnosis will be explained to you in plain English, the best treatment plan for you and how many sessions we believe it will take to resolve. You will also be given advise about how to help prevent further injury or re-injury to give you the best chance of a rapid recovery.

Time permitting, we shall begin treatment and give you some exercises to help the treatment process. He is a keen open water swimmer and has previously lived in Germany and Cyprus.
